You can either go fo a bulking stack if in the currents workout cycle your aim is to gain as much muscle as possible, or a weight cycle if you want to lose as much fat as possible. You can train with either a bulking or a weight cycle, or you can train with both, and this depends on your goals and the number of lifts you can do each day, bulking up while keeping abs. Bikini Body For example, if you want to get fat as fast as possible, you should be training in a bikini body, using no resistance whatsoever, best workout cycle for bulking.
