At the IFPDA Print Fair, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our patrons. Please review our return policy for ticket purchases outlined below:

 

No Refunds

All ticket sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change in schedule, inability to attend, or dissatisfaction with the event.

Credit for Future Ticket Purchases

In certain cases, credit for future ticket purchases may be provided on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support team at office@ifpda.org to discuss your situation and request consideration for credit towards future events.

Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be made in rare circumstances and are at the discretion of the IFPDA Print Fair's management.

Unused Tickets

Unused tickets or failure to attend an event does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund or credit.

Cancellation or Rescheduling

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the IFPDA Print Fair, we will make every effort to notify ticket holders in advance and provide suitable options, which may include a refund or credit for future ticket purchases.

Changes to the Return Policy

The IFPDA Print Fair reserves the right to modify or update this return policy without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
