Center Street Studio is a professional printmaking workshop that publishes contemprory print projects in etching, woodcut and monotype with established and emerging artists. It was founded in 1984 by artist and master printer James Stroud who worked with legendary printmaker Stanley William Hayter at Atelier 17 in Paris and later with Gabor Peterdi while pursuing an MFA degree at Yale. For our first IFPDA Print Fair we will present a solo exhibition of the large scale monotypes and drawings by German painter Markus Linnenbrink with whom we have published prints since 2002. Linnenbrink's paintings, sculptures and prints are represented in major public and private collections around the world.
